Position Summary: We are looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to work within our Float Pool within our Critical Care neighborhood. The Role requires integration of knowledge, research, and experience to promote excellence in patient care and improve outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Performing a complete history and physical exam and interprets findings. Diagnosing and managing common clinical problems of the identified patient population. Planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment plan in an interdisciplinary manner.
