Required Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Required Licenses, Certifications, and Registrations Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Advocate for patient needs, preferences, and rights, ensuring culturally competent and ethical care. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and infection control initiatives as assigned. Respond to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions within scope of practice and training.
