Responsibilities The Nurse Educator in Imaging Services will play a critical role in facilitating the professional development of Community Health System's (CHS) nursing staff and ancillary staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety across our Imaging service line (Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, CT). Overview Community Health Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the Neurocritical Care team. In this role, the APP will provide comprehensive care for patients with critical neurologic illness, including acute stroke, intracranial hemorrhage, status epilepticus, and patients recovering from neurosurgical and neurointerventional procedures, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. Admissions Registered Nurse analyzes data collected by the admission staff or ANCHOR HEALTH clinicians to facilitate/obtain admission orders 5. Admissions Registered Nurse builds effective referral source relationships to support the high quality and responsiveness expectations associated with ANCHOR HEALTH. 6. Admissions Registered Nurse maintains clinical and professional competence. 7. Admissions Registered Nurse takes the initiative in developing effective relationships internally with the appropriate admissions and patient care resource persons. 8. Admissions Registered Nurse utilizes interpersonal skills to help appropriately educate and address any questions the patient and/or patients’ family has concerning hospice and palliative care. 9. Graduate of a National League of Nursing accredited school of nursing. 2. Current licensure in State of CA and CPR certification. 3. Registered nurses shall have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a professional nurse within the last three (3) years; OR have a baccalaureate degree in nursing from a program accredited by the National League of Nursing and a current RN license. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health, home care, or hospice nursing is preferred. 4. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. Admissions Registered Nurse is expected to have strong presentation skills. 5. Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to lift, position and/or transfer patients.
