Many patients receive chemotherapy alongside other high-risk medications, making this a setting where attention to detail and multidisciplinary teamwork are vital. The Oncology Unit offers a flexible and supportive work environment , with 12-hour shifts and self-scheduling over a 6-week period. Staff follow a rotation of every third weekend and holidays, with options for day, night, and weekend-only shifts to accommodate varying needs.
