Current and valid NYS Registered Nurse License. 3-5 years in Clinical Nursing. 1-2 years in Community Health nursing. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organization, leadership skills. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Nursing,Health Education, Community Health, or Public Administration. 9-11 years Nursing (at least one year in Homecare,Hospice or LTHHCP setting).
