Patient population serviced includes both adolescents and adults. Patients are hospitalized for a broad variety of psychiatric disorders, including mood, anxiety, and thought disorders. Patients may also require treatment in specialty programming for trauma, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis (both substance abuse and psychiatric issues). This position actively supports, promotes and works to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values of Forest View Hospital using our Service Excellence program. This is a Fulltime, 36 hours a week position (12 Hour Shifts- 7:00pm-7:30am or 7:00am-7:30pm). Essential Job Responsibilities: Promotes a warm and welcoming environment when paired with newly hired RNs, providing training, guidance, and support that is consistent with patient care, safety standards, and policy and procedure. Responds to questions in a respectful manner. Reports concerns promptly when identified.
