The Oxford Rehab is looking for a 24-hour MDS Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, overseeing resident care plans, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The Oxford is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. $42 to $47 an hour if an LPN, $48 to $55 if an RN. Weekly pay.
