This leadership role blends advanced clinical practice with strategic management responsibilities. The APRN/PA Manager will deliver exceptional patient care while providing guidance and support to a team of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and Physician Assistants. Minimum of three years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA). Leads a team of Advanced Practice Providers practice in an Institute or Hospital and may include multiple service lines. Responsible for hiring, onboarding and performance coaching of a team. Responsibilities: Oversees the APP practice or department within multiple services lines of the institute, hospital or market of practice. Hires and oversees orientation, training and education of APPs. Performs annual performance reviews and monitors performance productivity for assigned areas. Develops and implements competencies, policies and procedures for the department. Practices in the role of an APRN or PA providing clinical practice in accordance with privileges granted and as appropriate for certification and licensure. Drives SQPE initiatives and oversees policy compliance, standard of care and process improvement initiatives. Serves as representative for assigned areas and facilitates in evaluating new technologies and equipment in conjunction with physician staff. Communicates updates to leadership and presents reporting as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Education: APRN Effective 05/01/2014: MSN required upon hire or within 3 years of hire for external hires and internal hires moving from a non-APRN licensed role to an APRN licensed role. A Brief Overview The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support in an outpatient setting. This role includes but not limited to rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in the electronic medical record, assisting with procedures, supporting providers, and promoting efficient patient flow while delivering patient-centered care. Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a dependable, compassionate OnCall Caregiver to support clients across our Cuyahoga West and Lorain Counties service area. This role is ideal for a flexible caregiver who is comfortable stepping into assignments on short notice, across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends . To recognize your commitment to availability, this position offers guaranteed pay for 30 hours per week even if you are not scheduled or do not work the full 30 hours. What You’ll Do Provide personcentered inhome care including companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. Follow individualized care plans and document care provided using agency systems. Communicate promptly with the office regarding shift acceptance, client updates, changes in condition, and schedule status. Maintain professional boundaries, respect client rights and privacy, and uphold agency standards. Drive to client homes throughout the Cleveland West service area; adapt quickly to new home environments and care routines. Respond to oncall needs by accepting and working shortnotice or sameday shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule & Availability Oncall coverage required across all shifts (days/evenings/overnights) and weekends ; actual assignments will vary weektoweek based on client needs. Must be reachable by phone/text during assigned oncall periods and able to arrive at client shifts reliably and on time. Compensation Guaranteed pay: 30 hours/week at your base hourly rate, even if fewer hours are worked. Additional pay for hours worked beyond 30 hours/week at the same base rate. Overtime per applicable laws for hours over 40 in a workweek. Qualifications Required: 18+ years of age. Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle , and the ability to travel to client homes across the Cleveland West area. Ability to lift, transfer, and position clients as needed; stand, bend, and perform household tasks safely. Clear background check; eligibility to work in the U.S. Smartphone proficiency for scheduling, documentation, and communication. Preferred: Prior caregiving experience (home care, facility, or family caregiving). Current STNA/CNA, HHA, or related certification.
