This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions. Key Duties: Efficiently plans and provides professional care while aligning with the needs of residents and the changing medical landscape. Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff. Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively. Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping in line with facility policies. Requirements: Valid state nursing license in good standing (or in the process of becoming a registered nurse). In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Collaborative team player with previous experience in long-term care preferred.
