As a core member of the Nursing team, you will be expected to oversee all of the regional nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, labor costs, clinical care and quality assurance. Responsibilities Ensures that nursing services are provided to patients in a professional and appropriate manner and in compliance with company policies and procedures, state and federal regulatory requirements and accepted clinical standards. Supports sales staff in growing new business by accompanying them on sales calls to discuss clinical services and programs, contributes to the development of marketing tools and programs, marketing documentation, and clinical programs. Develops and presents in-services to referrals sources.
