Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse; completion of graduate-level clinical practicum in an advanced practice nursing program. Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio. Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Ohio. National certification as a Nurse Practitioner in a relevant specialty area from a board-approved certifying organization (e.g., ANCC, AANP). Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to prescribing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Ph.D. in Nursing. Experience in a primary care or family practice setting. Specialty certification relevant to area of practice. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
