Our PM Nurses Begin Their Shifts at 12:00 PM – Balance Built In! Our Case Manager Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for partnering with the Clinical Director and team to administer and coordinate skilled nursing care to patients requiring home care services. Services are provided in accordance with physician’s orders, under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Director, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and the policies of the organization.
