The Level III Messina Family NICU and the Level II Andrade Family Special Care Nursery enable us to care for babies born at any time in pregnancy who have a wide range of medical conditions. The unit is staffed by doctors, nurses, and respiratory therapists with specific training in the care of ill, premature, and recovery newborns. Our NICU doctors are dually affiliated with both South Shore Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital. ***3-5 years current NICU RN experience required*** Compensation Pay Range: $38.20 - $77.39 1. In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Experience Behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or mental health experience preferred, but motivated RNs interested in mental health nursing are encouraged to apply. Licensure and Certification Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts required. BLS Healthcare Provider certification required. CPI certification required within 30 days of hire.
