Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice. • Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services. • BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC. Additional Qualifications: • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check. • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. Physical Requirements • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
