We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your team. Current needs: Shorter 3–6-hour shifts. Shorter shift can be stacked to make a full day if desired Example of stacked shift schedule: 9am-1pm, 2pm-7pm; 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm Valid driver’s license, auto insurance in your name and reliable vehicle in which you would transport clients to appointments or run errands. Since 2021 we've grown to more than 200 credentialed providers serving patients in 49 states. Most longevity medicine is built for healthy 40-year-olds. Ours is built for older adults. The Longevity Program combines a comprehensive geriatric assessment with chronic disease management, cognitive health, medication review and weight management, organized around five pillars of healthy aging: sleep, nutrition, movement, mental health and social connection. It works alongside a patient's existing care and never replaces their primary care provider. The role This is an in-person contract role. We're looking for nurse practitioners in the Tacoma-South Seattle area to lead longevity days at our partner senior living communities. Each day opens with a short educational talk for residents on healthy aging, using a presentation and speaker notes we provide. You then see the residents who sign up for one-on-one longevity visits.
