A Brief Overview Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct care to assigned patients with simple to complex health care needs in inpatient, outpatient and procedural areas. Responsible for nursing assessment, writing of diagnoses, developing and intervening in the persons receiving services health care plans to ensure quality care in the most efficient manner.
