Position Title Advanced Practice Provider- VHCPG Primary Care-Kingstowne Job Description Purpose & Scope: An Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) employed by VHC Health Physicians (“Physician Group”) is required to complete an APP Agreement with their Collaborating Physician(s).
