A Brief Overview The Home Care Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care and services to home care patients in accordance with the CHOP, CHHC standards of practice, policy and procedure and within all regulatory and accrediting agency guidelines. Through establishing a Wound Care program, and training the staff in proper protocol, the Wound Care Nurse ensures that each resident receives excellent wound care management and infection control.
