Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing by helping direct licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure high-quality resident care, and serves as the acting DON in their absence. This role oversees occupational health and staff development functions, including infection control, employee injury management, worker health programs, and resident and employee safety.
