About this Job: MedStar Washington Hospital Center is seeking a full-time inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our nationally recognized Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Program. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading cardiologists specializing in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and heart transplantation within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary academic environment. What We're Looking For We are seeking a collaborative, influential leader who thrives in a dynamic academic medical center and inspires teams to achieve exceptional results. Ideal candidates will possess: Progressive nursing leadership experience within an acute care hospital. Strong operational and financial management experience.
