Attend and participate in continuing education programs. Place orders for equipment and supplies as necessary following established budgetary guidelines. Maintain budgetary restraints by following established procedures for preparing purchase orders for review by the Administrator prior to placing orders. Maintain a reference library of written nursing materials (i.e., Drug Formulary, State and Federal regulations, etc.) that will assist the nursing service department in meeting the day-to-day needs of the customer. Participate with the Administrator and Admissions Director in selecting appropriate admissions and assignments of rooms. Responsibilities Provide personalized care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress. Kind, understanding, and caring when working with clients and families. Ability to follow care plans and communicate with clients and team.
