Pay based on working experience as a nurse plus hourly float pool differential, night differential (X 12 hours), weekend differential, hourly charge/preceptor pay. Fully benefitted Excellent teamwork and hospital culture Low associate turnover Available Roles Full Time Nights PRN Nights Schedules Full Time 7p-730a: three 12-hour shifts & every other weekend (6 weekend shifts in 6 weeks) 3 designated holiday/year 2 Hard-to-fill shifts/year PRN Minimum of 6 shifts per 6 weeks If working a straight day or straight night shift, 3 (of the 6 shifts) weekend shifts required If working rotating shifts, must work at least 3 night or weekend shifts 1 holiday per year 1 hard-to-fill shift per year Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2+ years of RN experience required; at least 2+ years of ICU RN experience strongly preferred Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS & NIHSS strongly preferred. This position has a hiring range of : USD $42.48 - USD $63.34 /Hr.
