New Grad Program. One (1) year clinical experience is preferred. Emergency or Critical Care nursing experience preferred. For those with no prior emergency room experience, the Basic ER Nursing Course is to be completed within 6 months of hire. Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement: Current RN license in the State of California. BLS certification required. ACLS and PALS Certification required within 3 months of hire. Assaultive Behavior Training Certification that meets AB508 and SB1299 required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
