Assist with monthly medical reports, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Support nursing staff during high-volume or high-acuity shifts. Coordinate with pharmacy partners to ensure timely and cost-effective medication management. Maintain regular communication with medical providers and the interdisciplinary treatment team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Licensure Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Experience Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, detoxification, or inpatient services strongly preferred. Knowledge of continuous quality improvement principles. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements. Familiarity with CARF, and other applicable regulatory standards. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to foster teamwork while supporting a patient-centered approach to care.
