Objective The MDS Coordinator assists the Director of Nursing and the RN Assessment Coordinator with ensuring that documentation in the center meets Federal, State, and Certification guidelines. The MDS Coordinator coordinates the RAI process assuring the timeliness, and completeness of the MDS, CAAs, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Ensures timely submission of the MDSs to the State with proper follow-up on validation errors. Maintains validation records from the submission process in a systematic and orderly fashion. Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Staff Pool Clinical Remote Team Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse functions in a collaborative practice alongside physicians and nurse practitioners within a physician practice or clinic setting. In this role, the nurse provides comprehensive ambulatory care by performing patient-focused assessments, executing clinical interventions, and delivering vital health education to patients and their families. They are responsible for skillfully and consistently performing daily clinical duties in strict accordance with established organizational policies and medical procedures. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing. Experience: 0+ year of clinical experience in a pediatric or ambulatory setting. Licensure, Registration, or Certification Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas.
