Title: Staff Development Coordinator State Role Title: Registered Nurses Hiring Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Pay Band: 5 Agency: Dept of Veterans Services Location: Puller Veterans Center Agency Website: www.dvs.virginia.gov Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties In this position, you will be responsible to plan, direct, organize, implement, evaluate, and coordinate a comprehensive Staff Education program in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern such requirements in the facility to meet staff and resident needs Knowledge and working knowledge of skilled/long-term care, licensed nurse/CNA duties, and PCC/POC use Skillset to facilitate a staff development program and provide guidance, resource, and training to facility staff Ability to educate and develop effective nursing teams with excellent planning, organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
