Independently documents instance of patient care in electronic medical record. Assures the accuracy and completeness of documentation and adherence to billing guidelines. Performs independent daily reviews of remote transmissions from implanted devices. Completes trans-telephonic checks on patient devices requiring follow up in between office visits to assess basic function and patient status. Correlates information with the patients clinical condition to assist in the management of arrhythmias. Provides reports to physicians and completes required follow up. Triages and prioritizes patient plan of care and communicates information to providers/patients in a timely manner. Demonstrates triage skills pertinent to determining normal and abnormal conditions.
