We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hospice Triage Nurse to provide compassionate and quality end of life care to patient and families. Our goal is to improve the quality of life, and allow patients and families to focus on relationship, emotional, and spiritual needs. As a triage nurse, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls after hours, doing clinical assessments over the phone, providing clinical expertise and coordinating visits with the on-call nurse(s) as needed/appropriate.
