Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred. 6. Ventilator Management experience preferred. 7. Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification; preferred. 8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Our Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
