The Wound Care Nurse will play a vital role in the assessment, treatment, and prevention of wounds, ensuring the highest standards of resident care. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing, especially in emergencies. Qualifications Current and valid RN license in the State of New York. Minimum of 6 months of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices required. 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
