Job Description​ The Clinical Resource Nurse assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. A robotics coordinator plans, implements, and maintains robotic systems by overseeing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring safety compliance, programming and training staff, and monitoring performance to improve productivity. This RN will staff in OR cases 50% of the time with dedicated office time. This RN will also be responsible for call shifts. This position requires a BSN. This position is scheduled 7 am until 3:15 pm Monday-Friday. Monday - Friday, no nights, no weekends! Full Time 8am - 430pm Hybrid option available after orientation period MO RN Required BLS Required The Opportunity Provide professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Provide telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care. Schedule emergent need patient appointments, identify learning needs for patients and families, provide advice and recommendations, insert intravenous access with medication administration and duties as assigned based on clinic need. Delegate tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice. Serve as subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing. Enter admission orders as directed by provider. Manage expired samples. Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Provide excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.
