Our multidisciplinary team supports stabilization, therapeutic engagement, and crisis management within a compassionate and secure environment. The unit emphasizes teamwork, accountability, strong communication, and a culture of safety for both patients and teammates. We’re Looking For: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BSN required. RN candidates (external or internal) without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within 1 year of hire/transfer and complete it within 3 years of enrollment. Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. Exceptional candidates without supervisory experience may be considered if they show strong leadership potential. Leadership experience and a strong background in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing required for a Unit Supervisor role. Experience in an inpatient psychiatric or crisis setting preferred.
