Job Description Inova Fairfax Cardiac Diagnostics Unit is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule. Our team assists with cardiac testing (include transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs), cardioversions, tilt table tests (TTTs) and cardiac stress tests) for both inpatients and outpatients.
