POSITION OVERVIEW The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is primarily responsible for providing direct, quality clinical care and the supervision of nursing assistants working with residents assigned to each unit. Participates in the Eligibility Committee, monitors compliance with provider contracts; Facilitates Referrals.
