Completes paperwork for resident physician appointments, transfers, and discharges. Gathers data for entry into the clinical record. Assures the provision of nursing services and takes action to ensure fulfilling resident wishes and promoting the least restrictive alternative of care. Provides direct resident care when needed. Required Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications 1 – 3 years’ similar experience required. Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a Registered Nurse required.
