Your Role on the Team Position Summary The Transport Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for all aspects of patient care, before, during, and after transport of Critical Care patients from one department to another. The Transport Registered Nurse must adequately assess the patient and in conjunction with the sending department staff to determine the patient’s needs for transport. The Transport Registered Nurse must maintain a high-performance level in quality, service, critical nursing skills and critical thinking. The Transport Registered Nurse must be familiar with and adhere to Regulatory Standards and Fountain Valley Regional Hospital Policies and Procedure. Your Role on the Team Position Summary The clinical nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a plan of care for a specific group of assigned patients.
