Job Title: Ambulatory Nurse II Department: OB-Gyn Infertility Entity: Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania (CPUP) Location: Penn Outpatient Lab - 3701 Market Street Hours: Per Diem based on operational needs This Per Diem Registered Nurse position is within the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI), specifically Penn Fertility Care. Penn Fertility Care is dedicated to helping individuals and families build their families through compassionate, patient-centered care and the use of advanced reproductive technologies. The primary role of the Per Diem RN is to provide clinical support to the REI nursing team on an as-needed basis to ensure continuity of patient care and operational efficiency across the practice. The RN will provide patient education, emotional support, and coordination of care for patients undergoing fertility evaluation and treatment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing nursing support and coverage for REI clinical care teams based on staffing and operational needs. Reviewing laboratory and diagnostic test results and facilitating appropriate patient follow-up. Managing patient communications through telephone triage and the patient portal. Assisting with medication teaching and prior authorization, cycle management, and treatment plan implementation under provider direction.
