Staff Management & Development Recruit, orient, and supervise clinical staff, including dialysis nurses and technicians, for both chronic and acute programs. Conduct ongoing training and competency assessments to ensure staff deliver safe and effective care. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting evidence-based practices and continuous improvement. Manages staff scheduling and payroll.
