Monitors and records patients condition continuously while in the Cardiovascular lab. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities. Qualifications Education and Work Experience Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred. Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required. Current BCLS (AHA), ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current; required. One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work or in a Critical Care area; required. This role provides emergent, high-acuity care for patients presenting with undifferentiated and potentially life-threatening conditions requiring rapid assessment, stabilization, and intervention. Clinical Overview The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for diagnosing responses to actual or potential health problems and providing basic emergent, supportive, and restorative care through use of the nursing process. Our nursing model is relationship-based, supporting individualized patient-centered care while operating in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment requiring strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and rapid decision-making.
