Role Overview As a Home Health RN, you are the clinical lead for your patients - managing the plan of care, coordinating across disciplines, and driving outcomes from admission through discharge. Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc. Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks General nursing tasks as required.
