Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Assesses gaps in policies and procedures and create necessary policies and procedures to fulfill these gaps. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
