You'll work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support residents with their daily needs. CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, hygiene and hydration. Provide compassionate personal care while respecting each resident's dignity and preferences. Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff. Accurately document food and fluid intake. Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements as needed. Maintain clean, safe and comfortable resident environments. Transport residents safely throughout the facility. Follow care plans, facility policies and professional standards. Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations. Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
