Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents Wound Care Nurse Requirements/Qualifications: Must be a self starter, hard working and dedicated professional willing to join our team. Current and valid RN license in the State of NY Active CPR Certificate Point Click a Plus Wound care certification desired Excellent communication skills Experience in LTC preferred but not required Positive attitude and a team player Salary: Up to $120,000 a year (based on experience) The salary for this position is negotiable and will depend on experience and qualifications; a full bonus plan will be included.
