A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Rockland County, NY, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift . The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing operations during the evening shift. This position is ideal for an RN who combines strong clinical judgment with effective leadership skills and is committed to maintaining high standards of resident care. The successful candidate will work closely with nursing leadership while supervising RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel to ensure residents receive safe, timely, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff. Conduct resident rounds and monitor the quality and delivery of nursing care. Assess changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate interventions and follow-up. Respond to clinical emergencies and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed. Ensure physician orders, care plans, treatments, and medication protocols are properly followed. Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned nursing personnel. Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and promptly. Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and appropriate members of the interdisciplinary team. Review nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Ensure proper completion of incident and accident documentation and required follow-up. Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control practices. Ensure adherence to facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable federal and New York State regulations. Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Qualifications Current and unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. 2+ years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to effectively supervise and motivate nursing staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. What You'll Own Your patient's full clinical journey — from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results. Day-to-day: performing laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments; conducting consultations; designing individualized treatment plans; documenting accurately; and partnering with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to run a seamless clinic floor. Who Thrives Here TRACK A - CLINICAL BACKGROUND Current NP license (state-issued) 1+ year acute care (ER, ICU, or Med-Surg) Eager to build aesthetics skills — full training provided TRACK B - AESTHETICS BACKGROUND Current NP license (state-issued) 2+ years in aesthetics practice Looking for structure, volume, and a growth path Professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered Weekend availability required (full weekends; this is a fixed schedule role) Comfortable in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15-25 patients per day. Schedule & Coverage Fixed schedule — same days each week, no overnights Full weekends are part of this role; evenings may apply depending on clinic hours Work at up to 3 assigned locations within a 30 mile radius.
