Participates in appropriate agency meetings and the quality improvement and utilization review activities of the organization. Assumes responsibility to maintain and upgrade professional knowledge and skills through attendance and participation in continuing education, in-service programs, professional conferences and community and agency. Supports the Agency’s Compliance Program, ensuring that all information is kept confidential and is respectful of the Patient’s Bill of Rights. At least one year of experience working as a registered nurse in the acute care setting preferably just prior to application.
