The new grad RN will be precepted in the provision of safe cost-effective care to the patient population according to established MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center Nursing Standards of Practice, and the utilization of the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of the patient. *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
