Overview: Restorative Nursing Assistant Primary Job Function The primary purpose of this position is to carry out restorative nursing functions. The restorative care plans are developed according to the need of each individual resident to ensure that the resident is able to increase or maintain their highest possible functioning level while in the care of our facility.
