Key Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations across all units. Lead and support ADONs, Unit Managers, and nursing staff. Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and coverage. Monitor quality of care, clinical outcomes, falls, infections, wounds, and other key indicators. Ensure accurate clinical documentation and required assessments. Lead nursing education, competencies, and performance improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with NYS DOH, CMS, and regulatory requirements.
