The In Home Services CNA is responsible for providing routine care and assisting participants or clients with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. Physical attendance at an InnovAge facility and/or an InnovAge participant home is essential to performing the job duties. Qualifications BSN required Master’s in nursing or related field preferred. Five years clinical experience required, preferably at least one year in pediatrics. Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice; knowledge of management theory and change process. Previous Management Experience Required.
