Job Summary As a Registered Nurse ACT II Team 1E at 530 North Main Street, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric nursing care, educating clients about medications and mental health, and implementing treatment plans designed to promote wellness and recovery. Job Summary: The RN Care Manager (RN CM) utilizes advanced nursing skills and knowledge of resource management and fiscal responsibility to coordinate the clinical care for a designated patient population across the continuum of care.
